I am up early today- no easy chair for me, to much to do… Why is it when I have the time to sleep in and relax I get up early and I have to do something but when I have so much to do I can’t seem to get any rest and I don’t want to get up? I know that’s weird but it just seems to be that way!
This last year has gone by so fast I can’t believe it, it’s going to be October already. Not to long and the pumpkins will be lit and then thanksgiving before you know it it will be Christmas. I am not ready for all this it seems as though we just did all the festivities. Time seems to go by so fast, why I don’t know.
This last weekend I took my Son and Grandson to the Pumpkin patch we had so much fun he is at the age where everything is so new and exciting. We had a great time going through all the pumpkins until he found the one he wanted. The farm was set up for kids, it was really nice they had slingshots with tennis balls to shoot at the scare crows and a giant bounce pillow for them to jump on. Of course the corn maze and all the other fun things one would find at a cool Pumpkin Patch. We, Jacob and I made son pull us in the wagon on the way back from the pumpkin area it was very funny and we both thought it was great. We could have walked it but we thought it would be fun to sit in with the pumpkins and ride back 🙂 I know I am missing my shoe I picked it up and it’s in the wagon…LOL

Sounds like a lot of fun to me! Did you get some good pumpkins? Your grandson is adorable! The reason time is going by so fast is because you are getting old like the rest of us. LOL!

I look forward to the festivities that start in October, too…but it feels like it’s coming up fast! I don’t know if I can get ready in time. Oh well! Anyway, looks like there’s a lot of farm land there for you guys to enjoy each day with. 🙂
Time goes by faster as we get older because each day is a smaller percentage of the time we’ve been alive. The cure, of course, is grandkids!
