So as I get up this morning realizing it is election day, like who could forget!
My first thought goes back to what I heard some one say the other day…Delaware is such a small state our vote really doesn’t count.
Well in my opinion if you don’t vote don’t bitch, I know that sounds harsh but that’s the way I feel on the subject. So many complain and when you ask did you vote… Oh no it wasn’t worth the time or they have some other excuse. Sure I could use an excuse but I will go today and vote.
My second thought is boy would it be easy to bail on this election with so much to still get finished. We cleaned and scrubbed the boat, fixed some things and added food to the galley. There is still much to do but I think we will still make our Friday departure date. It’s the day after the next rain and it will be in the sixties so it’s a good time to go. So off once again to the boat this morning back to the farm and off to vote, it’s going to be a busy day.

PS. I’m with you Bud, I do like my iPad and it will be great for navigation but I still love my PC laptop! I tried to do my post on the iPad and had to break out the PC… Much easier!

I noticed your little comment about preferring to blog on your PC over your IPad. I thoroughly agree. I like my IPad for a lot of things but blogging is much easier on a computer.
Today, however, blogging is a PITA in general. I hear that people are unable to post comments to my blog. There are days that things just refuse not to work right.

I hope you were able to make it out to vote. I went first thing this morning before breakfast (should’ve brought a cup of coffee to keep me warmed up though) but at least I was able to get it done and not have to worry about it.
Now we just gotta keep our eye on the results…

It’s funny … you say your vote may not count because Delaware is so small and I say my vote may not count because California is so large and ALWAYS goes heavily democratic. But at least we still go out and vote. And I’m glad you like your iPad but I’m also glad you haven’t gone over completely to the Dark (Apple) Side.
