1. I guess this one is the worst, I fell asleep on the beach on Saturday.
I covered everything but the top of my lily white feet… OUCH! So the top of my feet have turned three different shades of color since Saturday. The doctor gave me some prescription strength cream to put on and it seems to be working.
2. Sunday oh what a great day… Other then the burnt feet I didn’t do anything all day but watch TV and put my feet up. I haven’t done that in a long time. At the end of the day we went out for Mexican food with the grand baby, little Jacob you can see his picture in the previous posts. I love fajitas they are so good! After dinner we watched the movie “Mirrors”… I will never look at a mirror the same, I don’t do scary movies well!
3. I am puppy-sitting a little dachshund, he is so little I think he is a miniature. His name is Oscar and he thinks he is all that. It was hilarious to watch him run around all the wolves and farm dogs like he was the MAN! I guess size doesn’t matter to the little dogs but by the look on Woofy’s face I think he thought Oscar looked like dessert… LOL

You poor thing with that sunburn, Wolf! I heartily sympathize…bad enough anywhere but the uppers of your feet?? Just wear slippers all week (Yes..to work!)
Sunday was the perfect day to do as you did..glad you enjoyed it. Mexican food…mmmmm. We did that for lunch, Friday…went to La Tonalteca. They, too, have a wonderful menu but so far I can’t get beyond their #102…lolol…an amazing ‘special sauce’. See..now you made me hungry!
And the little dachsie…aren’t they just the cutest things…you could just squeeze them until they wriggle…lol. Like any other small creature…they don’t know (or is it care?) most everything else is bigger than they are. But what they (we?? LOL) lack in inches is made up for in attitude! Fun post (except for the sunburn, of course).

Ouch! That reminds me of my husband going fishing for the whole day, remembering sunblock on everything but his neck. Talk about a real redneck! That’s exactly what his neck looked like when he got back. Oh well, hope your skin gets better soon! 🙂

Don’t mind my asking…but what kind of temperature is it there, right now? Cos I think that purple feet would have been black had it been the blazing hot weather here. lol.

Well it was 99 degrees on Monday, the heat index with the humidity make it a bit higher. Today was a bit better but still hot! It gets hot and humid here this time of year. In a few more weeks it will all be gone and the fall weather will start to set in and before we know it the snow will be here!
So you burned your feet – I just don’t know what to tell you except one word – SUNBLOCK! You are suppose to put it everywhere the sun will get too, silly! I would be willing to bet that it really hurts! My son did that one time and his feet did the same thing – turning different colors, it was nasty and boy did that hurt.
The puppy is so cute.
