Yes it is Top Sites Tuesday again and I am so happy… The sun is shining and it is warmer today!
The northeast as you all know has already had it’s frost, snow and it has been cold here for days. Frost on the fields here on the farm and on the car windows is a good reminder of what is on it’s way
This brings me to my first thought. Why would anyone, when it is as cold as it is and is over the age to Trick or Treat, dress in some skimpy outfit and cruise around just for the heck of it. We were out on the Halloween walk as most parents and grandparent do. I saw some that were going up for candy that were fully dressed, covered face and could have been twenty years of age for all anyone new. Now I know you all are saying what gives… OK He was six foot tall plus! So this is my first clue he and his friends were too old to be Trick of Treating, I think it’s for little ones but that is just me.
My second thought is I had forgot how fun it can be. Little Jacob would be so scared at the littlest things and was clinging on for dear life and then we told him he has a sword and if any monsters try to get him he was OK… Didn’t help… LOL
I was surprised to see so many people out! I thought due to our lovely economy it would be more of a dud but that was not the case it was an awesome evening.

Sounds like your Halloween was really fun! I do miss going with the little ones trick or treating, it was always so much fun. He sure is cute!

Jacob is a cutie!!! My three were monkeys this year and so cute, too. Yes, the almost adults out collecting candy drive me crazy, too. They ought to be off somewhere drinking beer in parking lot! We had only 17 trick or treaters, only 8 were little ones.

Sorry, I am a day late getting on the computer. Yesterday, I got sicker than a dog and spent the day in bed. What a waste of a day. Better today.
