Thoughts of the day… So here I am back at home on the farm. It’s good to be home, sometimes we don’t appreciate where we live and how nice it is until we take off and go somewhere. Although I didn’t miss some of the daily chores…LOL I am glad to be back where I need to be, it has been a long month.
My first thought of the day is how in the heck am I going to get everything done today I have so much catching up to do. Two weeks turned into a month and that means work has piled up big time. I am going to have to pull some late hours and try to get caught up as fast as I can so it doesn’t linger on… Nothing worse then being behind the eight ball for an extended period of time!
My second thought of today is life is good. It is a beautiful day, sunny and warm everyone is healthy, working and doing just fine. One can’t really ask for much more than that.
It may not be as beautiful as the photo below… but there is no place like home!

Your trip sounds spectacular and judgeing from the photo, beautiful. It is always nice to get home from a trip but just a little bittersweet getting back into the swing of things. You’ll get current soon enough, don’t wear yourself out the first week home.
