Two Thoughts

Today is Tuesday and I have so much to do this week I almost don’t know where to begin. Monday was a bear I worked a super long day and I am trying to fix my lap top as I am going to need it next week. I hope I can satisfy all my customers and get to a stopping point so I can do this next job that takes me out of the country. I am going to have to work double time to get it all done and change hats a few times this week.

I was on Google and I went to a webpage and I got a virus on my computer, I know just great. It’s the XP Total Security virus – really annoying and hard to remove.

See, next week I am leaving on Monday for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico… Yes, I am off again to bring a sailboat from there to San Diego, California. I will post Top Sites Tuesday on Sunday and it will resume as usual and I will let everyone know if we will have TST #102 I may be off the coast with no internet.

I am hoping the weather is good, there is nothing worse then a nasty sail north up the coast. One must stay close to land with the ability to hide from bad weather in a cove due to the steady northerly winds that blow and the north swell we will be beating into on our way there. At the longest it should take two weeks to get this done – that is if we have good weather and get to enjoy the trip.

What to bring other then offshore safety gear… I am sure by now it’s super hot down there so I had better bring some shorts and UV outerwear. Ah! I need to break down the heavy fishing pole and bring it just in case. Oh and I need to go to the grocery store for some things you can’t get like good coffee, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, and some small chocolate donuts, yes I said it, I love those things especially with some hot coffee 🙂

So we leave next Monday on the red eye and we’ll get on the sailboat the same day so it’s going to be a long day for sure. The flight is eight hours from here… boring and no drinking on the flight either, not when you have to get there and be ready to move out. The first leg is four days offshore in the middle of no where, no cell, no internet – well we do have a satellite phone just in case we want to make a call for some reason and it does get the internet… Talk about costly though! Limited use on that baby for sure it’s like five bucks a minute so I guess we will save the for the important call like – HELP!… LOL It’s not as bad as it could be, we could be delivering a boat to San Francisco that’s a real trip for sure I have done that one a couple times.

Have a great Tuesday

Sounds exciting, Wolf! I hope you get enjoyable good weather on that trip!

And what’s that about small chocolate donuts? The more chocolate, the better! LOL!

Have fun!

Are you going to stop by and see me? You better or you will be in big big trouble. I can’t wait. I want some of those donuts too.

Hi AngeBaby

Don’t think I will make it to LA this trip:(
I am going to be on a tight schedule this time… I wish it were a vacation. I have to deliver the Sailboat and then bail to the East Coast.

Thanks Cheryl,
I hope for some smooooth sailing and no bumps along the way. A quick trip get it done and enjoy it too.

“I will let everyone know if we will have TST #102 I may be off the coast with no internet.” Me thinks the Blogmeister and Blogmistress are taking a bit too much time away from Blogdumps.

Just kidding … may you have good weather and steady winds.

Hi Bud,

Hehehe… I think I am going to try it from Cabo Monday and see if I can get on the web!

I wonder if Cosco has fishing poles on sale? LOL
