My Two Thoughts On Tuesday

My first thought is I wish I had more time to blog instead of all this work… But I guess there is no choice but to work or one doesn’t eat 🙂 As I sit here and put my shoes on I’m looking outside and I see that it has rained but there is still snow on the ground so it should be a nice mushy mess all the way into work today. Oh how I could just stay right here and enjoy the peace and quiet and, well take a nap… I know I just got up! But I ate breakfast so a nap would be great. LOL

I just finished getting ready to go and I thought about what a wonderful day it was on Sunday. The sun was warm and strong… Oh it felt so good when it hit our faces! We all laughed and said “What’s that bright light in the sky?” I spent the day with my daughter-in-law and my grandson. We hung out on the farm for a while, then went to lunch at Chilies. We ordered a side of mashed potatoes for the kid – he’s at the soft food stage now. The mashed potatoes had a whipped butter and garlic flavor and every time he would take a bite he would close his eyes, raise his eyebrows and go “MMMMMM” and then smile real big!

Then it was off to Kohls to get a new fuzzy whatever. I had to laugh when he found a pair of PJ’s (in his size LOL) and had the death grip on them. It was so cute! So then we are walking toward the register to check out and this little tiny girl walks by, as she does he turns his head eyes her and smiles from ear to ear! I wish I had a video camera with me it was the cutest thing you would have ever seen. I don’t think he was flirting, he was showing off his pj’s, but it looked as though he was. So I guess my second thought is I better get to work and forget the nap so we can go do something again this coming weekend.

He loves the cart where they sit in the front and zoom 🙂
